This term we have received a grant to cover the cost of some hockey clinics for our years 2-6's. These are going to be held in the students’ sports lessons and will be run by coaches who have represented both WA and Australia playing hockey. This week the students learnt the basic skills of passing, dribbling, tackling and moved onto playing a game. Hockey is a high intensity sport which improves coordination and balance and builds muscular strength.
